Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is coaching that is done within the domains of organizations and businesses. Many of the components are similar to inter-relational coaching, however, because of the increased need to be effective across many domains at the same time, other components of executive coaching are vastly different.

At the root of the word “executive” lays the word “execute”. An executive is one who executes organizational tasks as their primary role. An inability to execute is the definition of a  poorly performing executive and one of the biggest reasons to engage the services of an experienced executive coach.

Executive Coaching:

  • Helps people to increase their efficacy in executing tasks in an appropriate manner.
  • Teaches leaders how to lead by example, the most powerful way to enroll others.
  • Trains participants in verbal impeccability: say less, be more effective and get more done.
  • Teaches executives how to deal with overwhelm, a key factor in corporate turn-over.
  • Trains executives how to identify and influence the ”Mood” of an organization.
