In this 3-day program you will learn about and deepen your personal practice of the stress and tension reducing TRE. Participants will also learn how to safely and professionally guide others through the process. Anyone wanting to learn how to decrease stress and tension in their life can attend.
*Certification is only required if you intend to use TRE with clients. The following comment is from someone who has no intention of certifying:

About your Presenter:

Chris Balsley MA, LPC, PCC earned his TRE level III certification working directly with the TRE founder, David Berceli Ph.D. He has presented to audiences in the US, Asia, Mexico and Europe and military audiences in the U.S. and Singapore. He has trained over 7,000 people in the TRE and is former core faculty at Naropa University and the Boulder College of Massage Therapy.
